District Office Mailing Address The mailing address for the District Office is 25290 Harmony Rd, Paola, KS 66071. Please be aware the PO Box 186 has not been in service since 2023. The Post Office will not deliver to us if you are still using the po box address. If you are sending payment from you bank's billpay system using the po box, you will need to contact your bank to update the mailing address. A drop box is also located on the building next to the front doors. Please contact the office if you have any questions or concerns.

❄️ WINTER STORM & FREEZING TEMPERATURES ALERT ❄️ A winter storm with very cold temperatures is expected in our area. To help prevent frozen or broken water lines, we encourage all customers to take the following precautions: 💧 Protect Your Water Lines • Insulate exposed pipes and outdoor faucets • Disconnect and drain garden hoses • Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate • Let faucets drip slowly during extreme cold 🏠 Inside & Outside Tips • Locate your main shutoff valve in case of an emergency • Seal cracks or openings where cold air can enter near pipes • If you have a well or meter pit, make sure it is properly insulated • Make sure meter pits are covered with lids on and not exposed 🚨 If Your Water Freezes • Thaw pipes slowly using warm air (never use open flames) • If a pipe bursts, shut off water immediately

Our online customer payment portable is unavailable due to a system issue. We are currently working to get that resolved. Payments can still be made over the phone, by mail, drop box, or in the office. We will post an update when the portal is available again.
